Pre Zombie Apocalypse

In this picture you literally see isles, shelves, food and households items. The isles are set up like a grocery store or supermarket stocked with typical items you would find in a marketplace. There are also two people shopping in the picture. This picture makes us feel overwhelmed and that the store is chaotic. It feels chaotic because there are so many different brands for the same types of items. For example there are 9 different brands of cat food on these shelves that seems excessive when all cat foods do the same thing, feed cats. We don’t know where to look in the picture because there is no focal point. Before and after this picture items may have been taken off the shelf to be bought. People were shopping before and after this picture we would assume. Also by the end of the day the stores shelves probably look a little less chaotic because items are bought, but than the shelves are restocked with items again.  We think this photo is trying to say that we have too many competing brands that do exactly the same job in society today. We also feel that it shows how people overindulge because the store feels that it needs to have that many items on the shelf because people will buy that much stuff.
